Both is possible with the rental services of MMC Property Services!

No matter if your want to rent out your holiday home yourself or prefer that we take care of everything, we offer rental services to all owners of holiday homes and apartments in Javea and surrounding. We make sure for example that the house is ready for the arrival of the guests, we clean, check the property before arrival and after departure, hand over the keys and are there for the tenants not only during their stay but also before and after in case they have questions.

Rent your holiday home yourself

If you want to rent your holiday home, apartment or villa yourself through the internet, MMC Property Services then can provide you all the local services you will need like meet & greet your guests, hand over the keys to the tenants, cleaning, property checks of the holiday home before arrival and after departure of tenants, laundry service, welcome packages and we will be the local contact person for your guests during their holiday in case they have questions or problems.

We can provide all these services for your guests as well as for your own stay and you can contract these services individually or in a package with a price per month.

When you rent your holiday home yourself, MMC Property Services does not charge you any commission or fees on your bookings, after all you are doing these yourself, you only pay for our services. In case you need help with the advertisement of your apartment or villa or with making the bookings you can of course also count on us.

Rent your villa or apartment with MMC Property Services

For owners who prefer to outsource the rental of their holiday home, villa or apartment, MMC Property Services takes care of the complete rental of the accommodation, from advertisement and bookings till arrival and departure of guests.

You decide which periods during the year you want to rent your home and you will get a login to our online booking system to be able to block weeks for yourself, family or friends. Also you can always see the up to date calendar, bookings and earnings 24/7 in your account online.

MMC Property Services provides the following services:

Marketing: Advertisement of the accommodation on a large variety of international websites and portals (Airbnb, Home Away, Holiday Lettings, TripAdvisor group etc. etc.) including descriptions in several languages, translations and professional photo shoot.

Customer service: Answering the questions of clients about the accommodation, how to make a booking or payments. Also during and after their stay tenants can contact us by email and telephone.
Bookings: Answering requests, making the bookings, contracts, charge the payments from the tenants and make and pay the monthly balance to the owner.
Local services: Check the apartment, holiday home or villa before arrival, meet & greet the guests, welcome packages, 24/7 emergency telephone number for guests in case they have questions or problems, maintenance service, cleaning team, laundry service, check the accommodation after departure, charging a safety deposit and (in case everything was left behind correctly) refunding this deposit or claim damages on behalf of the owner where needed.
Also we will register the accommodation for you with the Tourism board of the Comunidad Valenciana (this registration is obligatory for all rental accommodations).
