The holiday homes, villas and apartments are equipped for the maximum amount of people indicated at the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the holiday accommodation with more people then the indicated amount of people.

Check in: from 16.00h till 23.00h
Check out: before 10.00h
Change over day
We don't have a fix change over day, you are welcome to arrive or depart any day of the week.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit is payable on arrival, the amount depends on the accommodation and you can find this on your reservation form. You can pay the damage deposit by bank transfer before your arrival or on your day of arrival with credit card or in cash. When everything is left behind correctly, the damage deposit will be refunded to you on the same card or by bank transfer after your departure (between 3-7 working days, depending on your bank).
Additional services
Services like extra linen packages, cleaning during your stay, laundry services, etc. You can book in advance or during your stay.
Travelling with little children?
In case you need a cot or a high chair, don't hesitate to contact us. Make sure to book these in advance so we can have them prepared for you at the holiday home or apartment on your arrival.
Pets
Unfortunately not all accommodation allow pets, please make sure to check this before you book your holiday home or ask us for more information. Sometimes only with a written permission up front pets are allowed and extra charges may apply for additional cleaning. It's never allowed for pets to climb or lay on the sofa or beds.
Air conditioning (if available) - Electricity costs
The costs for the use of the air conditioning (cold/hot) for accommodations that have air conditioning installed, are included in the rental price (with the exception of the winter rental where the costs for electricity and gas are charged separately according to consumption). Please note not all accommodations have airconditioning installed and if they have, it may not be in all rooms. Make sure to check this before you book the accommodation.
We ask you to be responsible when using the air conditioning and, for example, not to leave windows and doors open at the same time and to switch off the air conditioning when you leave the house. Any abuse will be charged.
Heating (if available) - Costs for gas or gas oil
The costs for using the heating (gas or gas oil), for accommodations that have heating, are not included in the rental price and are being charged seperately.
We kindly ask you to use it responsibly and turn the heating lower when you leave the house. Please take into account that accommodations are not always as well isolated as you are used to at home and heating is not always central, so please check well in advance if the accommodation has sufficient heating if you plan to stay there in the colder times of the year.
Winter rental
Several accommodations offer the possibility in the period from October to March to let at a price per month. Minimum stay is two months. During these winter lets, consumption of electricity and gas are charged separately according to consumption.
