Welcome to mmcholidayrentals.com, a website of MMC Property Services. We are a small team with years of experience in the rental and maintenance of holiday homes, apartments and villas in Javea and Denia.
We started our own company in 2015, providing property management and rental services to second homeowners in Javea and surroundings. Personal service and attention to each tenant and owner is our top priority.
We will meet you personally at the accommodation on your day of arrival, to welcome you and hand over the keys and we will be here during your stay for any questions and/or problems you may have.
If you have chosen an accommodation that is not directly managed by us, it will be offered by one of our carefully selected partners and they will welcome you. All accommodations have a local representative so there is always someone on site.
Whatever apartment or holiday home you have chosen, we are here for you, not only during the selection and booking process but also before, during and after your holiday for all your questions.
