Before departure

One or two weeks before you go on holiday we will send you your travel documentation with all the information for your day of arrival amongst other the address, where to pick up the keys, what time you are expected, etc. of the holiday home, villa or apartment that you've booked.
In the mean time, in case you have any questions don't hesitate contacting us.

During your stay

On this website you will only find villas, apartments and holiday homes that we administrate and holiday accommodations from rental agencies, carefully selected by us, that all have a local office or representative. That way you are assured that there is always someone nearby during your holiday in case you have any questions or problem.

Extra services

Extras like cots, high chairs, additional cleaning, an extra bed or fan you can normally rent with the provider of the accommodations. Most of the time you can already mention, or even reserve it, while making your booking, if not contact us and we'd be happy to help you book any extra seervices that can make your holiday more comfortable. We advise you to book this in advance so the provider of the holiday home has time to arrange these services for you.
For special items like wheel chairs, walkers, a toilet raiser or toilet seat you can contact us as well. The same here, we advise you to book well in advance if you need these for your holiday.

Pets

Pets unfortunately are not always allowed in every holiday home, therefore make sure to check if your pet is welcome in the holiday home or apartment you have chosen. In case you have any doubts, don't hesitate contacting us. Sometimes a written permission is necessary to bring your pet.

Good to know

We are officially registered as a holiday rental company at the Ministry of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana under registration number: EGVT-974-A.
The same goes for our accommodations, all our holiday homes and apartments are registered with the tourism board of the Comunidad Valenciana, this registration is obligatory and we expect the same from our partners on the Costa Blanca.
